SOM/STEM MBA 4+1 (for current SOM students)

Our SOM/STEM MBA 4+1 option is designed exclusively for current undergraduate students in ÍøÆغÚÁÏ’s School of Management. Current BS Business Administration and BS Accounting students in SOM are eligible to apply.

The 4+1 option allows you to earn an undergraduate degree and an MBA from ÍøÆغÚÁÏ University in only five years.

The graduate program can be completed on a full-time or part-time basis. A part-time program schedule will extend the length of the program.

Curriculum

Our STEM MBA curriculum is designed to prepare you with the essential tools needed to be effective leaders in today's rapidly changing corporate, non-profit and public sectors. This carefully crafted curriculum builds on your undergraduate business degree and moves you rapidly into advanced coursework.

You will strengthen your own analytical and decision-making skills while also collaborating in task-oriented teams. Your studies will be individualized as you can choose from a wide range of elective courses—including cross-disciplinary options and customized independent studies—and, with guidance from faculty, design interdisciplinary projects aligned with your career goals. This approach deepens the connection between your passions and your professional path.

Concentrations: To complete a concentration, a minimum of four courses (sixteen credit hours) is required. Concentrations are optional. Learn more about our elective course offerings here.

Admissions

SOM BS Business Administration students shoudl apply during their final year of undergraduate studies. Admission decisions are made on a rolling basis, however applicants are strongly recommended to apply by the March 1st deadline. Capacity for this program is limited.

  • This program option is available exclusively to BS Business Administration undergraduates in in the School of Management at ÍøÆغÚÁÏ.
  • While we accept GMAT and GRE scores, they are not required for admission to our MBA program.
  • Students admitted into this program typically have an undergraduate GPA of 3.4 or higher.
  • Applicants must provide unofficial transcripts.
  • Submission of a personal statement and current resume is optional.
  • $75 application fee.
