Facing social anxiety with courage
Schedule: TBD
When faced with anxiety, our natural response is often to avoid the situations that trigger it. While this may provide temporary relief, it can also worsen our anxiety over time, making it harder to comfort and cope with these challenging situations. Together, we create a safe and supportive environment where you can practice exposure, build resilience, and overcome social anxiety at your own pace.
