We are paving the way for a plant-rich food system to thrive, without all the inequities, biases, and inefficiencies of the current legacy situation. Starting with dairy, we train people, institutions, universities, and governments how to kick their unhealthy, addictive eating behaviors and discover the nourishing vitality of a plant-forward diet.
