ÍøÆغÚÁÏ's B-Healthy Journaling Initiative empowers students, faculty, and staff to turn inward, find their voice and nurture their mental well-being through the transformative power of journaling.
The journaling initiative inspires the campus community to pause, reflect and grow, creating a culture where self-awareness, resilience and hope thrive. Through guided prompts, creative workshops and shared experiences, participants discover that their own words can be a wellspring of strength, clarity and renewal during life's busy and challenging moments.

Misson
To develop a deeper understanding of who you are through CBT skill building, self reflection and self-awareness of your strengths and weaknesses and how you handle relationships, conflict and personal growth.
Vision
Students will become more confident with the habit of journaling and articulating how they feel and having greater clarity of their life and who they are as a student to be successful in all areas of their life.
Clarity: Reduces mental clutter
Offloading thoughts onto paper can clear your mind, allowing more room for new ideas.
This "brain dump" clears up space, reducing stress and mental clutter that can stifle
creativity.
Connection: Inspires self-reflection
Reflective journaling fosters self-awareness, allowing you to see patterns in your
thoughts and behaviors. This awareness can inspire growth by helping you understand
what motivates and holds you back and how your creative journey evolves.
Confidence: Inproves communication and creativity
Reflective journaling can improve your ability to express yourself more clearly, both
verbally and emotionally, in your relationships. By exploring emotions on paper, you
practice articulating your feelings and understanding others.
Journaling builds confidence in your emotional resilience. With regular journaling, you develop confidence in your voice, ideas and creative intuition. It helps you become comfortable with exploring ideas that may seem wild or unusual at first, making you more willing to take creative risks.
