The Rescue Mission Alliance of Syracuse NY opened a supportive residence in 网曝黑料 in November of 2010 to provide housing to homeless men. With room for 32 men, Whitney Place provides not only a home but three meals a day, clothing and transportation if needed, and vocational and educational resources as well as connections to employment. At Whitney House, we also provide permanent supportive housing for 3 women. Our ultimate goal for each of the individuals that we serve is to help them become independent and productive members of this community. We are a predominantly private-donation-funded non-profit organization. Much of our revenue also comes from our local Thrifty Shopper, a thrift store providing quality, inexpensive clothing and household items to the community. We also host fundraising events and community meals throughout the year.
